Our setup and installation process begins with a set of discovery interviews with your staff. We follow a proven process to gather and review all of your pay rules, bargaining agreement details, pay codes, and common practices. Gathering all of this detail at the beginning of the project ensures a successful implementation.
Our setup and installation process is broken into three core modules with tests for all trainees. In addition to the three core modules we have several additional trainings for departments with complex requirements. During these comprehensive trainings we will cover all facets of the solution so that all employees and supervisors are ready for the transition.
After our setup is complete and your system is live we are available for on-going training and support. We also make available an extensive library of support resources, training videos, and tutorials.
